Most inquiries can be handled by telephone or by mail. e-mail, but the secretariat also conducts a number of cases on behalf of the members. Occasionally, unfortunately, we are forced to go to court to get the cases resolved, but we always assess each individual case concretely and decide in each individual case whether BKF should handle the case - and if so, to what extent BKF can and will cover the costs.
BKF's lawyer Klaus Pedersen can be contacted Monday to Thursday from 10-15.
