If you have drawn up a copyright will in good time, then you have taken responsibility for ensuring that your survivors do not have to spend time and energy agreeing on how your inheritance should be distributed.
VISDA has entered into an agreement with the lawyer chain Ret&Råd to assist, among other things, the members of the Association of Visual Artists with all the formalities surrounding the creation of a copyright will.
