BKF has teamed up with the National Association of Municipalities (KL) to establish a new network that will strengthen the work with the professional visual arts in the municipalities - so that we get even more art into the everyday lives of the citizens throughout the country. And creates even more exciting tasks for visual artists.
The network is aimed at cultural and art consultants who work or want to work actively/strategically with art in the public space.
Information about the network, registration info etc. you will find on KL's website, here…
BKF works for art in municipalities
The new network is an offshoot of BKF's continuous work to strengthen the professional visual arts in the municipalities.
Among other things. the association holds annual conferences for members of municipal visual arts councils, art and culture consultants, local politicians and artists.
The latest BKF conference on art in the municipalities took place on 20 January 2022. The conference took place on Zoom, and a video recording will soon be available on this page.
