As a visual artist who works in the field of abstraction, I am particularly aware of abstraction both as an artistic method and as a never-ending story building through existing works of abstract art. Having this double perspective enables me to focus on how abstraction seems to work very well in a multi perspective field: Abstraction seems to offer the possibilities that allow abstract works of art to play out non-mimetic intent through several worlds, or realities, at the same time. Through this multi-pod nature, abstract art can be approached from more than one viewpoint by creating an atmosphere or frame for reflection.
