The course is for you who are visual artists and who want to gain knowledge and tools to create a sustainable working life for yourself, as well as to find solutions together to the challenges within the visual arts industry, sometimes difficult conditions and frameworks.
How?
You will be part of a growth group where we share knowledge and experience. We speak e.g. about how our working life looks now and how we can make it better. The purpose is that through the conversations, reflections and solutions in the group, you gain new knowledge and inspiration from others to start acting differently and can thus promote your opportunities to have an (even more) sustainable working life.
